Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We strive for excellence in customer service and quality products. Each item is inspected before it is mailed. However, we realize that sometimes things happen.
If you receive a defective item, it may be repaired or exchanged (if it's in stock). If the item is not in stock, a store credit of the amount of the item will be issued. The store credit must be used within 14 days of the date issued. This process will only be offered once on the initial order. A store credit or exchange will not be issued on a replacement order.
You must initiate the exchange within seven (7) days of receipt. You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and it must be in the original packaging.
IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT CAN NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WE CAN NOT RETURN THE ITEM.
Buyer is responsible for contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate return process. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
